After the excesses of Christmas, we're sure many of you (like us!) are kick starting 2007 with a health drive. To give you a helping hand, here's our favourite healthy, but very tasty, Trufree recipe. It's wheat and gluten free and so delicious you'll forget it's good for you!

Hot Chicken and Asparagus Pasta Penne (serves 2)

1. Cook 150g Trufree Pasta Penne following the instructions on pack. Rinse, drain and set aside.
2. Mix 1 clove crushed garlic, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped parsley and basil, 45g lemon zest and juice and 2 tsp Kalonji black onion seeds. Spoon over 120g chicken breast cut into slivers. Leave to marinade for at least an hour.
3. Pan fry chicken with the marinade for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is tender. Add 210g plum tomatoes, 70g asparagus and 25g olives, bring to a gentle saute and cook until the asparagus is just soft.
4. Stir in the cooked pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes until warm.
5. Serve sprinkled with 25g parmesan shavings (optional).
