This year’s international food and drink event, IFE07, will be a major turning point for people who suffer with wheat and gluten intolerance. Now, at last, they can enjoy delicious convenience food, thanks to an impressive selection of produce from Nutrition Point.

Known as Coeliac disease, gluten intolerance rules out many of the foods most of us take for granted. People with the disease often have difficulty finding appetising foods which are convenient and easy to prepare. Through its customer facing Trufree and Dietary Specials brands, Nutrition Point has developed a full range of high quality meals and snacks which will be showcased at IFE07.

Comments Geoff Phillips, Brand Manager at Nutrition Point: “As well as showcasing our existing products at IFE07, we are taking the opportunity to launch some brand new food ranges. What sets us apart from our competitors is that we listen carefully to our customers and develop tasty, convenient foods to suit their lifestyle.

”A particular area we have focused on is the demand for convenience foods that people can enjoy during a quick lunch break at work, or that children are happy to take to school in their lunch boxes.”

IFE07 takes place at ExCel London between 18 and 21 March and provides a unique opportunity to discover ideas and innovations in food and drink from top suppliers around the world. The Nutrition Point stand at the event will certainly meet these expectations and will be packed with the very latest developments in gluten free and wheat free sweet and savoury food ideas.

Dietary Specials will be showcasing their newly launched savoury snacks including salted mini pretzels, maize snacks, crackers and cereals, whilst for the sweeter tooth Trufree is launching a full range of luxury sweet biscuits and confectionary snacks.

Geoff Phillips continues: “We have worked hard to develop our Trufree and Dietary Special ranges and are excited about showcasing these innovations at IFE07. We hope that customers take the opportunity try some of our latest snacks for themselves or come to the stand to receive expert advice on preparing interesting and delicious meals suitable for coeliac or wheat intolerant consumers.”
